Dr. Tania Sobchuk

Dr. Tania Sobchuk has a true passion for eye care, one that has only grown since she began Lake Havasu Family Eyecare in 2005. Truly kind, compassionate, and caring to her core, Dr. Sobchuk loves getting to know her patients, treating them like family, and providing them with superior eye care, glasses, and contacts.

Originally from British Columbia, Canada, Dr. Sobchuk moved to Lake Havasu City in 2003 after graduating from Pacific University College of Optometry. Before this, she completed her undergraduate degree with honors, majoring in Microbiology and Biochemistry at the University of Victoria on Vancouver Island.

She grew up on the “wet” West Coast of BC on a hobby farm, where she raised sheep and horses. Her parents and one sister still live in Canada, so during the summer, she can be found cooling off up north.

During her free time, Dr. Sobchuk loves being outdoors and hanging out with her Golden Retriever, Oakley. She is an avid skier and snowboarder and loves mountain biking, hiking, and traveling. Dr. Sobchuk is very active in the community of Lake Havasu City and is a current member of the London Bridge Rotary Club.
